Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of the Finnova Community Hub platform, the membership plans, the professional services and the related payment processes. By creating an account, contracting a plan or requesting a service, the user expressly accepts these Terms.

Phase 1 mock · Placeholder wording
1. Platform access

Access to the Finnova Community Hub is provided to natural persons acting on behalf of public or private entities established in the European Union or associated countries. Users must register accurately, keep their credentials confidential and use the platform only for lawful, professional purposes related to European funding, training and project development. Finnova may suspend access in the event of misuse, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

2. Membership plans

Memberships (Community, Starter, Pro, Institutional and Strategic) provide access to specific platform features, resources, alerts, opportunity radar, diagnosis and commercial benefits according to the selected plan. Memberships do not include the writing of full project proposals, the elaboration of complete technical or financial dossiers, nor the submission of applications on behalf of the user, unless contracted separately as a professional service.

3. Payment and billing

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and exclude applicable VAT, which is added according to the user's country and entity type. Payments may be made online (card or SEPA) or by bank transfer / invoice for organizations requiring administrative processing. Invoices are issued through Finnova's billing system and made available in the Billing area.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are paid upfront for the full twelve-month period and include a discount equivalent to approximately two monthly payments. Annual subscriptions are not refundable in whole or in part once the period has started, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

5. Bank transfer payments

When the user requests payment by bank transfer, Finnova may issue a proforma or commercial invoice. Access to paid features is not automatically activated and remains pending until payment is confirmed by Finnova's finance team or until internal administrative approval is granted.

6. Professional services

Professional services (project writing, project management, financial justification, training, advisory) are contracted separately through individual quotes and specific service agreements. The applicable scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are defined in the corresponding quote and accepted by the user prior to the start of the engagement.

7. Custom quotes

Custom quotes for professional services are estimated on the basis of the programme, scope, complexity, timeline and documentation available at the time of the request. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the document and may be revised if the conditions of the project change.

8. Discounts

Membership discounts apply only to new professional services contracted through the platform and are not cumulative with other agreements, promotions, framework contracts or special commercial conditions previously negotiated with Finnova.

9. E-learning access

E-learning content is made available for the personal and professional use of the registered user within the limits of the contracted plan. Sharing of credentials, redistribution, reproduction or commercial exploitation of the training materials is prohibited without prior written authorization from Finnova.

10. Cancellation and renewal

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans renew automatically for an equivalent period unless cancelled at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date. Cancellation does not generate the right to a partial refund of amounts already paid.

11. Limitation of responsibility

The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Finnova does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, loss of subsidies or any consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform, except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. No guarantee of funding

Access to opportunities, alerts, diagnostic tools or professional services does not guarantee the approval, awarding or successful execution of any project, subsidy, grant or public contract. Funding decisions are taken exclusively by the competent managing authorities according to their own evaluation procedures.

13. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the applicable national legislation. Details on processing purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and the exercise of data subject rights are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Privacy Center.

14. Contact

For any question related to these Terms and Conditions, the user may contact Finnova through the Help and Support Center available on the platform or by writing to legal@finnova.eu. The applicable law is that of the country of establishment of Finnova, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of consumer-protection law.
